Friendship Centre for Seniors
Our Friendship Centre is a lively hub of activity for those 65+ in our community.
Transport is available in our vans for pickup and drop off where needed. All our programmes are run at All Saints Community Centre, 338 Church Street, Palmerston North.
Your $3 donation per session is appreciated.

Live Music Entertainment
Mondays 1.30 - 3.30pm
Live Music concert with local entertainers, followed by afternoon tea.
Cards & Scrabble Group
Tuesdays 9.30 - 11.30am
Enjoy a game of cards or scrabble and a chat with friends, followed by morning tea.
Tea & Tales Group
Thursdays 1pm - 3pm
Come along for a chat with friends and a nice afternoon tea. We also have guest speakers come along regularly.
Tuesdays during term time 1.30 - 2.30pm
Dance cardio exercise along with plenty of fun & laughs. Enjoy building your balance, strength, agility, coordination and rhythm. Catering for those who are 60+ who have good mobility.
Silver Lining Strength & Balance
Thursdays during term time 1.30 - 2.30pm
Take action with this new falls prevention seated exercise programme for those aged 60+.
